Shipping and Delivery policy

This Shipping and Delivery Policy is a part of our Terms and Conditions policy and should be read alongside our main terms: Privacy Policy. Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

What are my Shipping and Delivery Options?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard, five to ten days shipping on domestic (Canadian) orders over $200 CAD.


Expedited Shipping Fees

We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

$200 CAD $0 CAD $19 CAD $30 CAD

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping option.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only, please be mindful of a margin of error of one to two days.

For EU and UK customers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our Terms.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email to confirm. Further, for items ordered on backorder, please note that the processing time increases by 3 days to four to seven days for processing before shipping information is shared. Please take this into consideration before placing your order.


Do you Deliver Internationally?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free Standard, five to ten days shipping is not valid on international orders. For information on the customs process: •Email: yccrowned@gmail.com Please note, that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries as you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Are there other Shipping Restrictions?

Orders are shipped after one to four business days of processing time.

What happens if my order is Delayed?
